When you request an estimate, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, city or town, selected service, and any property details you choose to include.

How the form uses your details

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the cleaning work, and prepare an estimate. Please do not submit door codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Where requests go

The website attempts to save a backup copy of your request in a private inbox available to the business owner. You then complete FormSubmit’s spam check to send the request to betterchoice.mi@gmail.com. FormSubmit and its spam-protection provider may process browser and network information to prevent abuse. These website and email providers process information as part of delivering their services.

Links to Facebook, BBB, and Thumbtack open websites with their own privacy practices. The owner’s request inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in; visitors do not need to sign in to request an estimate.
